Accessibility Statement
Last updated:
The short version
- We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find and organize their invoices with Inbox Invoices.
- The website is designed to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA and Israeli Standard 5568, as required by the Israeli accessibility regulations.
- It works with a keyboard and screen readers, supports right-to-left and left-to-right languages, and respects reduced-motion settings.
- If something is hard to use, write to [email protected] and we will fix it or help you another way.
1. Our commitment
Inbox Invoices sees accessibility as part of good service. We work to make the website and the tool usable by everyone, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, Israeli Standard 5568 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
2. What we have done
- Semantic HTML with a clear heading structure, landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer) and descriptive page titles.
- Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator. Buttons, filters, checkboxes and dialogs can be reached and used without a mouse.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for icon buttons. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Color contrast designed to meet AA requirements, and information that never relies on color alone (status badges also have text).
- Responsive layout that supports zoom up to 200% and works on phones, tablets and desktop screens.
- Proper language and direction settings for Hebrew (right to left), English and Russian, so screen readers pronounce each page correctly.
- Animations reduced or turned off automatically when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Simple, consistent navigation and plain-language content, with a table of contents on long pages.
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts may not yet be fully accessible:
- The Google sign-in and permission windows are provided by Google and are outside our control.
- Invoice and receipt files (such as PDFs) come from your suppliers, and their accessibility depends on how the supplier created them.
- Third-party content, such as future advertisements, may not meet every requirement.
We review the website regularly and fix issues as we find them.
4. Compatibility
The website is built to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, and with common screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
5. Report a problem or ask for help
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from the website in another format, contact us at [email protected]. Please describe the page, the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case within the time set by law.
